The Nigerian High Commission in Germanynow
refuses to collect passports of Nigerians who are German citizens that do not
wish to be associated to Nigeria anymore .
Their excuse is that it is only
the president that can revoke the citizenship of any Nigerian and not the
Nigerian who decides to opt out of being a citizen .
I don't get this
at all!
Is it by force
to be a Nigerian?
